Altiden Sønderbjerggaard has capacity for 15 residents and is approved under § 107 and § 108 and caters to socially vulnerable residents with severe mental health difficulties, including possible substance abuse and a conviction for offenses against persons.

Our approaches and methods are affirmative and a relational pedagogical approach using the Low arousal method

We are looking for you

• You are a trained pedagogue
• You have experience or a desire to gain experience within the area
• You have experience with daily pedagogical documentation
• You master Outlook at user level
• You have a driving license

Your tasks

• Working with residents' individual intervention goals in smaller teams
• Preparation of status reports on our residents
• Participating in residents' daily activities, such as outings and the like
• Working to build a stable structure for each resident
• You will participate in daily medication handling and documentation of this. If you have no experience, you will be trained
• Participating in ADL tasks around the resident and helping us keep the place clean and tidy together
• Joining professional sparring, knowledge sharing and external supervision with your colleagues
