You come with a technical background and are motivated to translate technical solutions into projects where safety, quality, and reliable supply are in focus. Experience with power supply and high voltage is a plus, but the most important thing is that you have the right professional background and the desire to develop yourself within the area.

As a site supervisor at Nexel you play an important role in getting projects to a successful conclusion. You are involved throughout—from planning and coordination to commissioning and completion. You ensure that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and with the required quality.

You will have a varied daily life with many different collaboration partners. You work closely with customers, installers, contractors, authorities, project managers and your colleagues in operations across Nexel. In the Customer-Focused Tasks Team you will have 13 good colleagues. We are a mixed group ranging from site supervisors to operations planners. Together we ensure that the electricity grid is expanded and maintained.

We are based at the office in Virum, where we meet regularly 1 day a week. The rest of the time you handle everything yourself, whether you work from home, in the field or at the airfields in Ballerup, Haslev or Svinninge.

You create momentum when you

• Coordinate and follow up daily with internal and external partners – e.g. trenching companies and municipalities
• Ensure that the work is performed according to current safety procedures and authorities' requirements
• Focus on safe execution of work on cable cabinets, transformer stations and cables
• Prepare offers and follow up on the finances, so the tasks are completed correctly
• Order contractors and materials and ensure that they are available when needed
• Maintain an overview of your tasks and ensure that the projects move forward

You will also have the opportunity to continuously develop. We provide relevant courses so you stay updated on, among other things, safety and your electrical engineering knowledge.

We imagine that you are a mechanical engineer with an electrical engineering background or an electrical installer. Your education can be new. The most important is that you have the professional understanding and the desire to take responsibility and create momentum.
