At Danske Fragtmænd we have succeeded in embedding AI into our software development. Now we want to bring AI even closer to the business so we can create value where employees work. Therefore we are creating a new role where you become the link between the business, the developers and the many exciting AI opportunities.

Be part of shaping an entirely new role

You will be part of our Data & AI team of six dedicated colleagues and report to the Head of Data & AI. At the same time, you will have a broad contact surface across the organization, where you work closely with both software developers and the business areas that see new opportunities.

The position is newly established. That means you do not step into a fixed role, but have the opportunity to shape both the way of working and the processes that ensure that the best AI ideas become concrete solutions.

Your primary focus area

Your responsibility is to map how technology can take our existing applications to a new level or lift the business by introducing new solutions.

You must therefore be a sparring partner for the organization. At the same time you set the framework for Danske Fragtmænd to invest in the right AI initiatives.

It is therefore expected that you have a strong interest in the development of agents, language models, computer vision and can set the framework for AI adoption.

Your role will only succeed in close collaboration with the organization. In the first 6 to 12 months we expect that you have:

• Mapped case and investment proposals from the business
• Driven the first POC/POV including validated and challenged business cases so we invest in the right solutions
• Developed an AI roadmap and presented the first investment initiatives
• Contributed to developing the framework for AI governance and education in the organization

You are motivated by creating opportunities

We do not expect you to be an end-to-end software developer. Your drive and your attitude toward opportunities for improvement weigh the most.

• Are curious about AI possibilities, have presented investment cases and dare to challenge and mature ideas
• Have a relationship-building mindset and thrive on working in the collaboration between people, technology and business
• Have a natural ability to understand a workflow and see what can be done better
• Think in solutions rather than constraints
• Have technical curiosity and a good understanding of software development. It is an advantage if you have worked with, for example, data science or software development
• Work independently and maintain an overview, even when the direction is not yet fully defined
