Cimalys helps Danish and Nordic companies put AI to work: safely, practically, and without hiring an AI team. Most companies with 20–300 employees know AI matters. Their staff already use ChatGPT, but with no policy, no approved tools and no idea where it actually saves time. Since February 2025, the EU AI Act has also required them to ensure their staff's AI literacy. Big consultancies are too expensive and slow for this size of company, and freelancers can't cover both strategy and the actual build. We start where the value is: a process audit that maps how a company actually works and pinpoints where AI and automation save real time and money. From there, we deliver exactly what each company needs: - AI literacy workshops: hands-on sessions where teams learn to use AI on their own work, safely, so they leave with working automations rather than notes about someday. - AI Foundation: a company-specific AI policy and a list of approved tools, so leadership knows what's allowed and employees know what to use. Operational guidance, not legal advice. - Custom automations and AI agents: built by our in-house developer and scoped from the audit, taking over the repetitive workflows that eat up people's days. Why us: the team that diagnoses the problem also builds the solution. No handover between a consultant who writes a report and a vendor who has to reinterpret it.
