Job hos Phone.inc

Om virksomheden

Phone.inc gives your business a real phone number that lives in an app on the phone you already have. No telco, no SIM, no hardware. Built for small businesses that want to sound professional and never lose track of a customer, with AI that knows who's calling, what they've bought, and what you promised last time. Small businesses live and die by the phone, and it's where they often look least professional. A solo founder or a small team answers customer calls from a personal mobile: no greeting, no opening hours, no shared record of what was said. Calls land in the middle of dinner. A colleague picks up and has no idea who's on the line or what they ordered last week. A promise made on a call is forgotten by the next morning. The old fix was a proper phone system with SIM cards, hardware, and a telco contract. Too heavy and too expensive for a business of one to ten people, so most just hand out a personal number and hope for the best. This is the reality for a huge share of the world's small businesses, in every country and every industry. Phone.inc is a real business phone number that rings in an app on the phone you already own. Pick a local number in 90+ countries, record a welcome greeting, set your opening hours, and route calls, so every caller gets a professional experience from the first ring. Business calls come through the app, your personal number stays personal, and your whole team can see and answer the business's texts. The intelligence sits inside every call. Before you pick up, you see who's calling, your history with them, and their latest order, plus a short whisper in your ear telling you who it is and what it's probably about. What you promise on a call is turned into notes and follow-ups automatically, so nothing slips. And it connects to the tools you already use, like Shopify and your CRM, so the phone knows your whole business: every order and every past call, in one place. When you can't answer, an AI receptionist picks up, takes a messag…
