• Handling incoming phone calls, messages and emails from the website users.
• Managing reservations, special requests and complaints and finding solutions to website users inquiries.
• Research travel options tailored to each customer’s preferences.
• Modify reservations based on client needs.
• Process payments and travel cancelations.

Job Requirements

• Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in Danish .
• Good communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail.
• Good Technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle unexpected changes.
• Experience in e-commerce will be appreciated.
