Production Pastry Chef – Modern French Entremets – Denmark (Aarhus)

Experienced Pastry Chef / Konditor – Patis, Aarhus

Patis is a pastry shop located in Viby J, Aarhus, Denmark. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our production team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce professional cakes, pastries, desserts and French-style entremets.
• Prepare creams, fillings, mousses, glazes and decorative elements.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation and hygiene standards.
• Participate in daily production planning and product development.
• Work independently and cooperate with the team.

Qualifications

• Professional pastry training or substantial relevant professional experience.
• Experience in pastry production and cake decoration.
• Knowledge of modern pastry techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently, accurately and independently.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and quality control.

Employment conditions

• Full-time position: 37 hours per week.
• Workplace: Patis, Viby Ringvej 10, 8260 Viby J, Denmark.
• Salary and employment conditions according to the agreed contract and applicable Danish requirements.
