About Kirkemosegaard

Kirkemosegaard is a special school located in scenic surroundings near Greve Village. In our renovated farm we create safe and development-focused learning environments for about 40 students aged 6-16 with socio-emotional difficulties, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD and other complex challenges.

We are a school with a strong value base and a clear focus on relationships, structure and community. Everyday life is characterized by close cross-disciplinary collaboration between teachers, pedagogues, assistants, administration and other staff who together support the students' academic, social and personal development.

We are looking for a pedagogue who

Has experience from the school, special school or day treatment sector

Has solid knowledge about children and young people with special needs

Is strong in relationships, robust and acknowledging in dealings with students, parents and colleagues

Can actively contribute to teaching and support students’ participation opportunities

Can plan and carry out pedagogical activities and programs

Looks for possibilities rather than limitations and meets children with a positive view of people

Is accustomed to using digital tools as a natural part of the work

About the position

Working hours primarily in the period 7:00-16:00

Participation in occasional evening meetings and pedagogical weekend

4-6 colony days per year

Working hours follow the school year with planning days in week 26 and 32

Employment

The position is to be filled as soon as possible and no later than January 1, 2027.
