Pedagogue for Bakkeskoven at 37 hours

Would you like to help create secure communities and developmentally enriching learning environments for children aged 0-6 years?

As we have a colleague going on maternity leave, we are seeking a pedagogue for a maternity leave replacement of 37 hours per week with a start date on the 1st of February or as soon as possible thereafter.

Bakkeskoven consists of the Skoven and Bakken departments, and the position is in the Bakken department with base in the Nursery (Vuggestuen). We are looking for a colleague who sees the strength in the entire integrated institution and wants to be part of the community around children from 0-6 years.

Who are we?

Bakkeskoven is an integrated day-care institution with 20 babies in the nursery and 60 preschool children. We are part of Nordvest Daycare and work every day to create the best conditions for children's well-being, learning, development and formation.

You have clarity about your view of children and believe that children always do their best and you always look beyond the behavior.

You want to contribute to a strong working community where we help each other, share our experiences and lift tasks together. You dare bring your perspectives into play and are curious about others' experiences and professional backgrounds.

We expect you to be an open and approachable person who is focused on children's well-being and communities, can create presence and structure, and want to develop professionally and contribute to the shared pedagogical quality.

Criminal record and child care checks will be obtained before final employment. Salary and terms of employment according to the current agreement between KL and BUPL.
