Due to an influx of citizens we are seeking

• 1 pedagogue or occupational therapist for a permanent 33-hour per week position
• 1 pedagogue assistant for a permanent 35-hour per week position

Start date for the pedagogue assistant is January 1, 2027 and for the OT/pedagogue position February 1, 2027 .

About Globen and Severe Brain Injury Globen and Severe Brain Injury is an organization under Vesthimmerlands Municipality. The organization offers a wide range of services to young people and adults with physical, mental, cognitive and social functional impairments .

The organization includes among other things

• Protected employment under the Danish Service Act § 103
• Activity and social opportunities under the Danish Service Act § 104
• Specially Arranged Young People Education ( STU )
• Residential and day services for citizens with acquired brain injury

Our offerings are located at several addresses in Vesthimmerland Municipality and address different target groups and professional environments.

We work purposefully to create meaningful and individually tailored offerings based on each citizen’s resources, wishes and needs.

In our professional work we take as a starting point neuro-pedagogy, KRAP, rehabilitation and recovery-oriented approaches . We focus on citizens’ .

Globen Løgstør Globen Løgstør is an activity and social participation service for adults over 18 who are referred to services under § 104 . And it consists of two groups: west wing and east wing; the position is in the east wing

Globen Ålestrup is located at Frederiks VII`s Allé 15, 9670 Løgstør.

East Wing Is an activity service for older citizens. Here work includes among others

• Creative activities
• Exercise
• Singing and music
• Outdoor activities
• Bonfires
• Walking

Activities are planned based on each citizen’s resources, interests, needs and functional level .

About the position You will be part of a dedicated and cross-disciplinary team that works purposefully to create a meaningful, safe and predictable everyday life for people with reduced functional level and need for care and support .

The work is based on a recognizing, resource-focused and structured pedagogical approach , where the relationship is central.

You will become part of a professional environment where professional reflection, documentation and ongoing evaluation of the pedagogical efforts are highly valued.

We are seeking a pedagogue, occupational therapist or pedagogue assistant who

• Is educated as pedagogue, occupational therapist or pedagogue assistant
• Has experience with citizens with reduced functional level and need for care and support
• Has experience with or interest in work within the disability and special care sector
• Works from a recognizing, resource-oriented and relationship-based approach
• Can create structure, predictability and safe boundaries around the citizen
• Is reflective in its practice and can translate professional observations into relevant pedagogical actions
• Communicates clearly and respectfully with citizens, colleagues and relatives
• Can work independently and at the same time contribute actively to the interdisciplinary and shared professional collaboration
