About us

Odense Friplejehjem Provstegaardshjemmet is a private nursing home with capacity for 72 residents distributed across three departments.

Our residents have different somatic illnesses and issues, and we also have residents with dementia.

We work every day to give our residents the best possible life in old age. Residents have different needs in daily life, and we place emphasis on meeting them in their initiatives as well as creating safety, presence and structure.

About the evening shift

In the evening shift there are always three employees working in each department. This creates a strong sense of community, good collaboration, and the opportunity to support each other in both professional and practical tasks.

The position is 28 hours per week, and the working hours are between 15:00 and 23:00.

Work is in a fixed evening shift on a 5-2 cycle, with a weekend shift every other weekend on even weeks.

Normal cycles run in a fixed 16-week rotation.

There is a possibility to take time off/vacation for up to 6 weekends per year, which provides good opportunities to plan leisure time and family life.

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
