A professionally well-founded team leader for a cross-functional team with broad expertise

Do you have experience leading employees in a politically led organization? Do you want to help ensure the implementation of the Green Tripartite Agreement through land redistribution? Do you keep things in order and make sure it stays that way? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for as team leader for our Team Development and Support in Tønder.

The team

The team is cross-cutting for the entire unit with around 100 employees and in total consists of 13 employees. The team comprises a wide range of disciplines. Some of the team ensure leadership overview, coordination and collaboration across the agency in relation to the implementation of the Green Tripartite. Another part of the team provides the legal support for the agency's acquisitions, drafts amendments to the Land Redistribution Act and ensures the legal basis in contracts. The final part of the team are the unit's GIS experts in relation to land redistribution solutions and data development.

You are good at expressing yourself clearly and understandably, both in writing and talking, whether it concerns complex professional issues or well-being and performance.
• Are engaged : You show willingness to solve your tasks on time, with the right quality and appropriate involvement of others. You care that others like your solutions. You have a sharp eye for detail, can find solutions that work in practice and ensure coordination across the unit and the agency.
• Can collaborate : You are able to plan complex work tasks in collaboration with team leader colleagues. You think of the whole unit before your own team, but of course you ensure the team reaches its own objectives.
• Have understanding of working in a politically led organization with focus on the agricultural and environmental area and have a good understanding of administration, preferably from an agency.

What will you be doing?

You will become the team leader for a team of highly qualified and dedicated employees with diverse educational backgrounds. You do not need to be the subject specialist in all areas, but you should have an interest in understanding the team's tasks and be able to support the employees in their work. Your main task will be to create direction, momentum and coherence in a busy everyday life with many varied tasks.

You will get to know a large part of the agency, as we place emphasis on good collaboration and coordination across the entire organization – but above all you will be the link within the unit for other teams' requests for responses to political orders, development tasks, legal support and GIS support.

Who are we?

The Agency for Green Land Reallocation and Water Environment works with the implementation of the Green Tripartite Agreement on the reallocation of Danish land and the green transition of agriculture.

The Unit Natural & Agricultural Development, where the team is placed, works with land redistribution to promote the environment, nature and biodiversity by ensuring the basis for converting agricultural areas to climate and wetland areas.

There are 13 employees in the team. We have many different backgrounds, such as forestry candidate, geodetic engineer, lawyer, forest and landscape engineer, etc. We care that we solve our tasks with high spirits and in close dialogue with each other and others in the house.

In the Agency for Green Land Reallocation and Water Environment we have flex time, a healthy canteen, staff association and much more to make you feel in the right place. We love to see people in the office, but there is an option for home working by agreement. We focus on each employee's well-being and professional development. Employment terms

Employment takes place according to the applicable collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the relevant organization. If you are an AC employee, the employment is as a chief consultant, and there will be an opportunity to negotiate allowances.

The employment area is the Ministry of Nature and Animal Welfare with associated institutions. The place of work is the Agency for Green Land Reallocation and Water Environment, Pioneer Avenue 9, 6270 Tønder

You will have personnel placement in the unit Natural & Agricultural Development.

The position is to be filled by January 1, 2027.
