Abildgården in Birkerød is seeking a caring pedagogue for the nursery. Are you the last one we’re missing in our lovely little children’s house?

If you are committed to being caring and present, then you are exactly what we are looking for in the little yellow Pippi house - Abildgården

About the job All we do is founded on the values; presence, care and relationships, which are the foundation of our everyday life and our way of working with the children. We believe that a daily life with recognizability and structure gives room for joy, positivity and humor for both children and adults.

Abildgården is a lovely little yellow house with the forest as the nearest neighbor and with wonderful natural areas in the vicinity. We are a smaller kindergarten with 2 baby rooms and 2 preschool rooms with a professionally skilled staff group.

• Abildgården is singing-friendly certified and singing is a natural part of our everyday life.
• We are sports-certified and movement is likewise a natural part of our daily life.
• The nature right outside the gate is the focal point of a large part of our activities.
• In the nearby forest lies Bistrup house with a nature guide, whom we often use for exciting projects for small and big children.

We are a house with many old and new traditions which we safeguard in collaboration with our fantastic parent group.

About you For us, your approach to children, parents and colleagues matters more than your CV.

We therefore hope that

• You are professionally grounded and curious. Whether you are a recent graduate or experienced is not significant
• It is natural for you to apply the values Presence, Care and Relationships in your pedagogical practice
• You dare to make decisions and work independently
• You see new opportunities and are willing to share your good ideas with us others.

About Abildgården We offer you

• That you become part of a professionally skilled team, where there is room to breathe and where new ideas and opportunities are always welcome.
• That you have influence on your work schedule
• Regular weekly pedagogical preparation and staff meetings, as well as monthly supervision
• Ongoing further education either together with colleagues in the house or individually.
• Future colleagues who say: ”With us we like to sing loudly and be silly and try new crazy activities, even if we have never done it before. Therefore we call ourselves the Yellow Pippi House. We love to crawl in the forest floor and explore nature and all the creepy-crawly creatures.”

If you have questions about the position or would like to visit us before sending your application, you are very welcome to contact Daily Manager Marlene Toftum at 72 68 48 11.

We look forward to hearing from you!
