On behalf of Interroll-Joki A/S in Hvidovre, Randstad is seeking a self-driven and diligent Accountant for a longer temporary assignment at full-time. Your primary tasks

As an Accountant you will have a clear area of responsibility as the central hub for accounts receivable and you will occupy a central role in the finance department, from which Interroll-Joki runs their shared services for the Nordics.

You report directly to the Finance Director in a dedicated team of four colleagues, who together contribute to maintaining effective financial management and ensuring deadlines are met.

Your daily work will offer great variation with a broad range of tasks, where your main task is to ensure that deadlines and routines are followed. You do this by:

• Having full responsibility for accounts receivable reporting, bookkeeping and sending bank statements and dunning letters
• Handling credit assessments, reviewing credit limits and approving sales orders in close dialogue with customers
• Managing travel reimbursements, expense reports and posting of cost invoices and financial vouchers
• Actively participating in month-end close, including bank reconciliations and assisting other team members

about you

To succeed in the role, it is crucial that you can take the ball and run with it. You take ownership of the routines and thrive in a proactive role where you are in close dialogue with customers and colleagues. Therefore you should be able to communicate clearly across the organization. You fit well in a department with fixed deadlines and maintain an overview as month-end approaches.

We envision that you contribute with

• A relevant accounting or financial education, preferably supplemented by a couple of years of experience
• Strong skills in Excel and spreadsheets as well as a general good ERP understanding
• Good language skills in both Danish and English, written and spoken
• Willingness to learn new systems; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage but not a requirement
• Ability to handle ongoing compliance tasks and take responsibility for your own deadlines

Interroll-Joki is a manufacturing company with 45 employees in production, producing drum motors and rollers for automation and supermarkets. The company is part of a Swiss group with subsidiaries across the Nordics, including Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Iceland and Norway. practical information

• Temporary position of 37 hours per week, excluding lunch
• Duration: approximately 7 months
• Work location: Hvidovre with the possibility to work from home about 1 day a week. On-site presence at the office is highly valued to support common routines, processes and good collegiality.
