Gefion is seeking engaged Pedagogues for full-time positions with rotating shifts.

Who are we?

Gefion is a residential and day care facility under §104 and §108 for 28 adults with autism.

We are around 130 employees, who every day work to create safety, development and quality of life.

Employment terms

The position is 37 hours.

The position is in a fixed work cycle, which includes day, evening and weekend shifts every other weekend, and the possibility of long shifts of 10-15 hours. Our local agreement, with the trade unions, states that in a 4-week work cycle there may be at most 6 long shifts.

The working hours lie between 07:00-22:00, but may vary according to the citizens' needs.
