  • follow-up on research release from obligatory time off and HR tasks for external staff, including personnel management tools
  • preparation of reports to hospital management, management group meetings and operations council
  • support of department meetings and LMU as well as coordination of the staff's administrative tasks.

We expect that you

  • have a relevant academic education or solid experience as a health administrative employee, medical secretary or similar
  • have experience with finance and administration – preferably with finance and HR systems in the healthcare sector
  • can work independently and, at the same time, closely with many professional groups
  • have strong analytical skills and create structure and overview in complex tasks
  • have good written skills and formulate precise decision proposals and case presentations
  • are proactive, service-minded and good at following up tasks to completion.

We offer

  • a key role in an exciting clinical department with substantial research
  • great independence and broad points of contact
  • close to management and research – with the opportunity to shape the role according to your abilities
  • good opportunities for professional development in a dedicated and informal environment with high professionalism
  • thorough onboarding with on-the-job training and relevant courses.
