About the job

Doctors' Bank is a bank for doctors and their families. Our focus is to create value for doctors, and we need another experienced and proactive bank advisor for our major client team, which advises doctors in general practice and specialist practice.

The job

Customer contact is a large part of the job – either over the phone, via Teams, or by meeting in the traditional way. You will receive a client portfolio from a very attractive customer segment, which you should nurture and largely self-prospect when you see there is a need for advice. In addition, you should build the portfolio with new customers, who primarily contact because they want to buy a general practice or a specialist practice.

Together with your 13 colleagues in the major client team you will primarily advise doctors with their own practice about their financial affairs and options. This applies to both the corporate/business side and their private finances and includes, for example

  • purchase and operating financing of a medical practice
  • investment of free funds, pension savings and funds under the company scheme
  • housing financing
  • ordinary day-to-day banking

The job is a full-time position.

Your qualifications

You have a broad financial background, e.g. as a financial economist or finance bachelor.

You have at least three years' experience advising larger private customers and possibly smaller business engagements. We place emphasis on having worked with and being interested in advising on financing owner-occupied housing and handling loan approvals. You have strong credit competencies. It would be a plus if you have previously worked with BEC’s systems, but not a requirement.

As a person

  • you take initiative and create added value for the customer
  • you are outgoing, approachable and good at communicating
  • you focus on ensuring the customer is satisfied – every time
  • you tackle challenges and thrive on setting high goals
  • you are able to deliver high quality and service, even when it is busy

In addition you are a good colleague who sees the strength in working together as a team.

What you will become part of

We offer the same range of products as in other banks. The difference lies in the advice and in the price. Our knowledge of doctors' finances is based on many years of experience, and the advice is targeted to what they typically need.

You will become part of a group in positive development, where your effort and influence are visible. We work in teams and have pension and investment specialists close at hand.

We offer you

  • a workplace with a focus on health, working environment and skill development
  • attractive salary and pension and up to seven weeks' vacation
  • canteen and massage arrangement
  • easy access to transport – bus, metro and S-train
  • engaged colleagues with a high professional level.
