Do you want to advise and further develop your own portfolio and create long-lasting relationships with private customers? Are you customers' preferred financial sparring partner? Then you may be our new customer advisor in Silkeborg.

We are looking for you who want to, together with us, give private customers in Silkeborg financial security and to contribute with energy, enthusiasm and ideas – both when it comes to solutions for the customers and to the everyday life in the department. If you are new as an advisor, we will of course prepare you well with sparring and training. If you are experienced, we will provide challenges that match your competencies.

Your new everyday life

You will take over an existing portfolio with room for development. You will therefore have ample opportunity to devote your time to the thorough advisory of private customers and at the same time continuously expand your portfolio with some of the many new customers who look our way. We are close to the customers and close to our town and its activities, which we are happy to take part in.

• You thrive in building your own client portfolio and creating close relationships with your clients, where you discuss their dreams, plans and long-term goals together. You are proactive in your client contact and advisory work and are good at tailoring solutions to the clients and giving them financial security.
• Your colleagues have great trust in you and your professional competence. This is partly because you are strong in the private sector and good at advising on topics such as housing, wealth, pensions and investments.

After one year you have become a strong sparring partner for colleagues and customers, and you contribute to the department's high customer satisfaction. You will succeed especially well after a year because:

• You advise and challenge your customers independently, to whom you have now built strong relationships. You have earned the customers' trust by living up to Sparebanken's customer promises, and because in your advisory work you are driven by seeing opportunities and covering all aspects of the customers' private finances.
• Customer satisfaction is at the top of your agenda. You are proactive and accessible and are happy to contact customers unsolicited. You understand the importance of speed, quality and high service. You naturally involve the specialists we have attached to the department.
• You are proud of our department and naturally contribute to the department's visibility and good reputation. Additionally, you grow your portfolio by developing existing customer relationships and continually helping to welcome the department's new customers.
• You are a good sparring partner for your colleagues and thrive in an environment where we work as a team to achieve our goals. Your good collaboration skills have also meant that you have built a solid network with other colleagues in Sparekassen Kronjylland.
