In the role of AI Search Consultant you help customers be found, mentioned and chosen – both in traditional search and in AI searches. You will own your own client portfolio, where you translate SEO/GEO strategies into measurable results that create real value for the customers’ business.

You thrive in a customer-facing and commercial role, where you can both set the strategic direction and dive into the details when the task requires it.

A central role across customers and projects

You will be responsible for a number of ongoing client collaborations and will simultaneously be a key anchor for the commercial development of Novicell’s business within SEO/GEO. This means that alongside billable Deliveries you are also assigned a central role in business development across existing and potential clients. You will therefore often be involved in the entire customer journey – from the first client meeting and the drafting of strategic roadmaps to the final implementation of recommendations and ongoing reporting.

You should be a profile who thrives with variation and is good at creating structure, relationships and collaboration in your immediate environment both internally and externally.

Your primary tasks

• Strategy for SEO/GEO: Develop and implement strategies for SEO/GEO visibility aligned with customers’ business goals
• Consulting at eye level: Be the customers’ preferred sparring partner and convey analyses and recommendations clearly and understandably – regardless of the recipient’s role and familiarity with SEO/GEO
• Sales and go-to-market: Drive sales meetings and prepare compelling proposals that help spread our expertise in SEO/GEO to new customers
• Cross-disciplinary collaboration: Solve tasks in close collaboration with colleagues within Paid Search, PaidSocial, MarTech, CRM and DataActivation to achieve the best results for the customers
• Commercial initiatives: Contribute to the development and sale of new tools and commercial initiatives
• Develop and test new AI-Search methods: Investigate and test new methods that can strengthen and promote visibility in AI-based search results

Your profile

You have a commercial and outward-facing mindset, while being an experienced consultant with your finger on the pulse in a field that moves quickly. You thrive on solving complex tasks where you balance strategy, execution and communication among internal and external stakeholders.

We imagine that you

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with SEO from an agency or consultancy
• Are motivated by client dialogue and a daily where you work on several different projects in parallel
• Work independently and can drive projects from start to finish
• Are curious and see opportunities in testing AI tools in the digital landscape
• Are structured and quality-conscious
• Can communicate clearly in Danish and English – orally and in writing
• Use tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and GA4 – and preferably also tools to measure AI visibility
• Are used to working with AI agents to solve tasks such as Claude and Chat-GPT
• Are motivated to spend the majority of your working time at our office

About Novicell and the team

Novicell is an international digital consultancy that helps companies leverage their digital potential and drive growth. In the Performance team, which is part of the Consulting department, you will be part of a dedicated team of 10 colleagues working with Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, Addressable TV, SEO and tracking.

We have offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, London and Barcelona, and across the locations you will have more than 300 competent colleagues.
