Now we are seeking academic staff for the office.

About the positions

As an academic employee in the Office for HR and Oversight you will be part of a professionally strong office that works across the entire Employment, Integration and Business Administration in the City of Copenhagen. • prepare reports or decision proposals to the management, leadership and MED-committee
  • be in dialogue with managers and employees in the administration and with external partners
  • support an organization in change

Depending on your profile you will mainly work with either supervision or HR

Supervision: e.g. supervision of the processing and the interventions that unemployed citizens in Job Center Copenhagen receive, supervision of external suppliers, random checks on selected themes and workflows, contact with the administration's auditor and new workflows as a result of the employment reform.

HR: e.g. competence development of employees and managers, the pay area, occupational health and safety, organizational development and other HR development tasks.

About you

We imagine that you have a relevant master's degree, and you can either have experience from the supervision or HR area, or you can be a recent graduate with an interest in and motivation to develop within one of the areas. It is an advantage if you have experience from a politically led organization, but it is not a requirement. In addition we place emphasis on that you

  • have initiative, can-do attitude and work independently in solving tasks
  • quickly can acquaint yourself with different problems and communicate them in writing and orally
  • work structured and systematic and manage to keep overview
  • have a positive and constructive approach and contribute to a good collaborative culture
