Ambitious cook, nutrition assistant or similar for 100 Meterskovens nursery, The Honey Jar

We are looking for you, as a skilled kitchen craftsman, who values a good meal, and who daily wants to prepare delicious food for 44 nursery school children and 12 adults.

Lunch is one of the gathering points for children and adults, and we place great emphasis on the good, organic meal with sustainability as a core principle in the preparation of the meal. The food should taste good and spark the children's curiosity by also looking tasty and smelling good.

We are seeking a colleague who

• is passionate about preparing healthy and varied food
• has a professionally sound approach to diet and health for children aged 0-3, and who would like to be an active partner around the good meal - and in the house as a whole
• possesses financial sense and creativity, high work ethic, as well as the ability to apply their knowledge for the benefit of the whole staff group
• has a particular interest in the organic, seasonal meal at child height
• can translate a high professional level regarding diet and nutrition into daily practice
• can plan, implement, evaluate and document the good meal for nursery children
• can and will contribute to further developing 100 Meterskoven's sustainable profile
• can reflect on own and collective practice
• is solution-oriented, flexible and reliable
• can work independently and be responsible for self-checks and ensuring good hygiene
• can work with IT at user level
• can or be prepared to make purchases via the purchase portal KVANTUM and calculate the necessary raw material quantities

We offer great freedom in terms of composing meal plans and work routines under responsibility for current guidelines and Copenhagen Municipality's meal strategy, as well as guidelines regarding sustainability, ecology and quality. You will join the cluster's nutrition professional network, where you will have skilled colleagues and partners, and where good ideas are exchanged with room for sparring and knowledge sharing.

100 Meterskoven has a staff group whose ages and levels of experience span a wide range. 100 Meterskoven has a nursery department located centrally on Østerbro, close to Østre Anlæg and a satellite kindergarten, which travels daily to scenic surroundings at the Bidstrup forests.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms according to the current collective agreement. In connection with the recruitment, we will obtain references, as well as child and criminal record checks.

The position is initially 32-37 hours with earliest possible start date.
