Are you a fantastic educator who enjoys working with children and is ready for play, coziness, trips, activities, good hugs, mischief - then maybe you are the one we are looking for in our kindergarten?

Blomstergården is a small cozy children's house with two nurseries and two kindergarten groups. Our house is surrounded by green areas, which we visit on our walks or bike rides. We have, among other things, a rhythm cellar, a craft workshop and a lovely large playground with a fire pit hut, climbing frame, ball court, two new electric bikes and plenty of cozy corners, hiding places and good play areas.

In Blomstergården we focus on strong children's communities and participation opportunities for all children. We work according to ICDP and new educators will be offered ICDP training. It is important for us that we reflect together on our pedagogical practice in relation to the children and their development and well-being. We would like to develop pedagogically, practice together and give each other the opportunity to try out new ideas.

We are a staff group that practices working with themes while at the same time following the children's interests. We have many good ideas for themes and activities and we look forward to hearing your ideas. We have broad and good collaboration across our teams and throughout the house. This is both in planned activities and through our structure and organization.

The position is initially a full-time position, but if you would like a workload a little less than 37 hours per week, we can probably find a solution for that.
