About the job

We are looking for an engaged pedagogue for our kindergarten.

The position is initially for 37 hours , but we are open to dialogue about the number of hours, so we together find the solution that fits best.

Who are we?

Snertinge Børnehus is located in scenic surroundings close to fields, forest and the beach, which we actively use as part of our learning environment.

• Opening hours: Monday to Thursday 06.00-17.00, Friday 06.00-16.00
• We hold evening meetings once a month and 1-2 annual events
• We are an integrated institution licensed for 24 toddlers and 55 kindergarten children
• We have our own multi-purpose room for motor skills, music and movement
• Nature is right outside the door and becomes an active part of the children's everyday life

You will become part of an engaged team where we help each other, provide professional sparring and value differences. We work purposefully with the development of learning environments and children’s communities, and we are curious about new ideas and perspectives.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary according to the applicable collective agreement with BUPL. If you have less than 6 years of experience as a pedagogue, the starting salary in Kalundborg Municipality is at salary grade 29. In accordance with the preliminary agreement, we unfurl 3 pay grades in advance based on your basic education. The pay grades disappear when the central pay grades for 6 years of employment are reached.
