At Replik we are looking for a couple of new colleagues for our office in Aarhus C. Your main task will be to contact prospective clients and book meetings with our lawyers.

You will become part of a social team, where several of your colleagues are students, and where we place emphasis on good collaboration and an informal tone.

What will you be doing?

Replik is a legal advisory company that among other things helps people with wills, advance directives and marriage contracts.

We collaborate with a number of banks and pension companies, which facilitate contact with people who are interested in legal advice. Your task will be to contact them by phone and book a meeting with one of our lawyers.

You will primarily be working with

• Phone contact with prospective clients and booking meetings.
• Follow-up on previous inquiries.
• Coordination and adjustment of meeting arrangements.

You will be responsible for your own tasks and work independently, but at the same time have good colleagues around you with whom you can brainstorm.

Who are you?

You are approachable, good at talking to different people and enjoy having the phone as your primary work tool.

You can create a natural and pleasant conversation, work in a structured way and take responsibility for following through on your tasks.

You can be a student or have a completely different background. The most important thing is that you are keen on the tasks and enjoy telephone contact.

You do not need to have experience with meeting booking or a legal background. We will ensure you get a thorough introduction.

What do we offer?

You get an independent part-time job of about 10 hours per week. Working hours are primarily late in the afternoon, but we offer great flexibility in planning your working days.

Work takes place at our office in Aarhus C, and there may be the possibility of more hours during busy periods.
