Netic is an IT operations company that, in addition to IT operations and hosting, specializes in Cloud, Kubernetes and IT security. From our headquarters in Aalborg and offices in Aarhus and Copenhagen, our more than 140 employees help Netic's customers daily with the management of critical IT solutions.

At Netic we want to help educate the next generation of IT professionals. We have around 20 trainees at Netic, all part of a vibrant learning environment, and we keep ongoing arrangements with even more trainees who are training to become IT Support or Data Technician with a focus on infrastructure. Trainees with the dream of training as an IT Support will have their primary tasks in Service Desk, where customer service and support are in focus.

As a trainee at Netic you will be attached to our headquarters in Aalborg.

Trainee in Operations with opportunities for further development in other teams

At Netic, Operations consists of experienced consultants and capable trainees who keep the operation of critical IT systems running for both public and private customers.

Together with the team, you will share responsibility for handling and solving support inquiries, monitoring, maintaining and solving faults on Netic's own and our customers' systems, including participating in the operation of our data centers.

As an IT Supporter in our Service Desk you will become part of a larger learning environment where knowledge sharing, collaboration, wellbeing and a good working environment are at the forefront. Therefore Netic is looking for trainees who are service-minded and eager to learn.

We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis. Interviews take place at our office on Alfred Nobels Vej 25, 9220 Aalborg Ø. There will be two interviews with the candidates who proceed.

Prior to employment, a criminal record check will be obtained. You must be able to be security cleared and to maintain the security clearance throughout your employment at Netic.
