Sofiehuset is a certified singing-friendly institution, which is seeking 2 appreciative, engaged and playful pedagogues for our nursery department. Sofiehuset is located centrally in Nykøbing Falster. We have 4 kindergarten groups and 4 nursery groups. We are committed to high professionalism with a focus on the strengthened pedagogical learning plan. Together with 6 other childcare offerings from Guldborgsund Municipality, we are part of the nationwide project All Children's Daycare. The project focuses on raising the quality of Danish day care with play as the central point.

You can expect professional and engaged colleagues who deepen themselves in professional themes at professional and planning meetings as well as theme days. We continually work to strengthen the evaluation culture and develop our practice based on the pedagogical foundation.

Sofiehuset has several strong resource persons who take on tasks such as singing, language, early intervention and professional development. We have, among other things, trained professional beacons and language mentors who, together with the management, help set direction and keep focus on the ongoing development work.

We place emphasis on you joining in constructive collaboration with colleagues and management. That you are an active team player who contributes to high quality in the pedagogical work for the house's children and families. At the same time it is important for us that there is a fixed daily structure, while we share a common responsibility.

We are looking for 2 colleagues who

• are trained as pedagogues with a strong passion and interest in working with children aged 0-6 years
• are ready to be part of a staff team
• are adaptable and mobile between rooms and departments depending on the number of children
• are focused on anchoring and developing the opportunities in the strengthened pedagogical learning plan together with colleagues and the house's resource persons
• have an eye for the importance of play and the courage to be a co-player with the children
• have an eye for children in vulnerable positions
• are focused on creating inspiring and developing learning environments throughout the day
• are a team player and at the same time can lead the way through their daily pedagogical work
• can communicate clearly and positively both in writing and speaking
• possess good IT skills
• know and understand that trust and recognition are part of a good working environment
• possess courage and resilience to handle parent collaboration
• Possibly have completed the movement mentor training

Employment terms: The position is full-time. Salary and terms according to the current agreement between KL and BUPL. Start date on January 1, 2027 , or as soon as possible thereafter.
