Om jobbet

As a consultant you have a key role in helping people with disabilities to live an independent and dignified life.

You support citizens with the BPA scheme with advice and sparring in their role as the employer. You also assist citizens with accompaniment, including responsibility for recruiting companions. Finally, as a consultant you are responsible for employees and the planning of assistance to citizens with complex issues who require various social and health care services.

As a consultant you will have a job

• That is professionally varied and two days are not alike
• Where you take responsibility for “your own” citizens with a focus on one or more of the above service areas, provided under the provisions of the Social Services Act and the Health Act
• Where you collaborate with citizens, employees, municipalities and colleagues
• Where you actively participate in LOBPA’s professional development
• With skilled and engaged colleagues in the consulting team and in LOBPA’s Secretariat

Om dig

We are looking for you who are passionate about supporting citizens with concrete guidance and sparring and at the same time can assist with recruitment and handling of staff. We imagine you have municipal experience and/ or a social- or health-related background, preferably supplemented with experience in leadership and law, notably employment law.

• You thrive on understanding new areas and solving complex problems
• You are strong in communication, both verbally and in writing

Ansættelsesforhold

The position is a full-time role located in Høje Taastrup. Your primary workplace is the office in Høje Taastrup, but you should be prepared that in rare cases there may be travel to clients/partners. Salary is determined by qualifications.
