Børnehuset Tippen is seeking a pedagogue as of January 4, 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter. It is a full-time position - 37 hours.

About the job and the tasks

We are seeking a pedagogue who wants to create high quality for the children at Børnehuset Tippen. A pedagogue who wishes to work based on the child perspective: ”Children do well when they can.” We want it to be fun and developmentally stimulating to be a child and adult at Børnehuset Tippen.

Børnehuset Tippen is an integrated institution with room for 40 toddlers and 90 preschool children. We are a diverse institution, with families from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. We have a close parent collaboration, which we see as a great strength in our daily work. Interdisciplinary collaboration is highly prioritized in Tippen, where we work closely with, among others, health visitor, physiotherapist, speech therapist, etc.

Tippen is a fantastic institution located in scenic surroundings, and borders on lots of exciting outdoor spaces. We are a certified Marte Meo institution and have a clear pedagogical basis in developmental supportive interaction, focusing on boosting relationship skills and the resources already present. Our view of children is based on the belief that all children develop best in secure relationships, where the foundation is that all people do their best with the competencies and resources they have. We use video as a tool in pedagogical development and evaluation.

We have an engaged staff group, a board and a parental group.

We are seeking a pedagogue who

• Works curiously and consciously with Marte Meo and development-supportive interaction.
• Is pedagogically well-founded, reflective and academically strong.
• Can be a driver of the relational work, and translate theory into practice.
• Has experience with - or particular interest in - children in vulnerable positions.
• Meets children, parents and colleagues with empathy, recognition and professional reflection.
• Can work value-driven and reflective and work in mixed shifts within the institution's opening hours 5.30-17.00.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment according to the applicable collective agreement, with possibility to negotiate qualification- and role-based pay.

Employment from January 4, 2027.
