Do you want to help ensure a strong customer experience across all of Denmark?

On behalf of an established and nationwide company with a strong brand, we are seeking an operationally strong and service-minded profile who will take a central role in ensuring high and consistent quality across the companys stores. The company currently has three locations but will have more in the coming years.

You will be the one who is close to the stores in everyday work. A large part of your workweek will therefore take place at the various locations around Denmark, where you monitor operations, standards and customer experience — and at the same time support and develop the store managers.

The Role

Your most important responsibility will be to ensure that the companys standards are not just on paper, but can be felt in the stores.

You will, among other things,

• Visit the companys stores across the country
• Ensure that standards for operations, quality, service and customer experience are followed
• Inventory management
• Shift planning
• Sick leave management
• Coach, train and develop the store managers
• Identify improvement opportunities and follow up on them
• Support the store managers in creating strong teams and smooth daily operations
• Act as the link between the stores and the central organization
• Move closer to the locations where there is a need for extra support at times

As a rule, you are expected to visit all locations each week, and some stores may require more frequent visits. Therefore you should thrive in a daily life where you are very on the go and rarely have two identical days.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have experience from retail, hospitality or another chain organization where Operations, People and Customer Experience go hand in hand.

You are good at seeing what works — and what needs to be improved. At the same time you are able to create buy-in, so your role is not only to check standards but just as much to help the leaders succeed.

You thrive with a high degree of independence, take responsibility and are comfortable spending a large part of your work week out in the organization.

A flexible daily life

The position is nationwide and therefore involves a fair amount of travel. Working hours will vary, and there will also be weekend work when operations require it. You will continue to have two weekly days off, planned in relation to the operations.
