We are looking for a service manager for our care facilities

As a service manager at Coor, you will have an important role in everyday life at our care facilities in Aabenraa, Haderslev, Løgumkloster and Sønderborg. You will be the one who makes things come together and who is close to both staff and customers.

Your everyday life with us

As a service manager you will be responsible for about 15-20 employees, and you will be an important sparring partner for them in their daily work.

You will, among other things,

• follow up to ensure that the work is carried out in the agreed quality and according to the work plans
• ensure that the scheduled working hours are observed
• train and develop your employees
• ensure the daily distribution of work in case of illness and other absence
• assist with recruiting, hiring and terminating service staff
• be responsible for vacation planning, time and payroll registration and other administrative tasks
• maintain ongoing dialogue with our customers and help build strong and trustful relationships

You will have days where not two days are the same. Therefore you must thrive on taking responsibility, finding solutions and keeping an overview, even when plans suddenly change.

A job with driving and freedom

You will cover a geographic area, and therefore there will be quite a bit of driving between our customers.

For the job you will of course receive a company car, so you can get around well between locations.

Workplace: Aabenraa, Haderslev, Løgumkloster and Sønderborg

Who are you?

We imagine that you have experience in leadership, ideally from the cleaning industry. You do not need to know everything from day one – the most important thing is that you have the desire, commitment and ability to bring people along.

• have experience within the cleaning trade
• have management experience or the desire and courage to take the next step as a leader
• are good with people and naturally build trust and relationships
• have a high service mindset and take pride in delivering quality
• can work independently and in a structured way
• can keep an overview when the everyday life gets busy
• have good IT skills and can adapt to new systems
• have experience with MS Office
• are adaptable and thrive in an operation-focused daily life
• have a category B driving license

You do not need to be able to check off everything
