At the same time, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the security processes of the future through the implementation of new technology and close collaboration with many stakeholders.

Your new role You will be part of a competent leadership team responsible for developing and driving solutions that support CPH's ambition to continue being among the world's most efficient airports in terms of security processes. The role combines operations, development, leadership and project work in a complex 24/7 organization.

Your main tasks will be to

You will be part of Security Check Passengers whose core task is to deliver safe air travel out of Copenhagen for all travelers. We work purposefully to combine high security with good customer service, so passengers experience short waiting times and a secure start to their journey. As Associate Manager you will be an important part of the continued development of the future checkpoint and security processes.

About you You are motivated by achieving results through others and thrive in a role with many collaboration interfaces. You are analytically strong, work in a structured way and can translate complex problems into concrete solutions in a regulated operations organization.
