Are you an experienced audit assistant? -and do you also have experience with farming's accounting system Ø90?

This is reflected among other things by you largely planning your working hours yourself and in collaboration with the department head, whether you want to be in the office for your entire workday or whether it should be supplemented to a greater or lesser extent with work from home.

We are happy to help each other reach our goals, and therefore we do not have individual time budgets or invoicing targets, but instead focus on achieving our goals together as one team. In return, overtime is agreed and planned individually to suit you, and it therefore does not follow a predefined template.

With us, there is a focus on your well-being and your engagement, and therefore you will experience a approachable department head who, in addition to the ongoing dialogue about your tasks, also sets time in the calendar weekly for individual dialogue about your well-being and job satisfaction.

The ongoing dialogue is supplemented with a quarterly measurement, where we take the temperature of Velas as a whole.

The tasks are very classic for the profession, but we are far along in the digital transformation, so all attachments for your clients are digital. Whether you want a majority of your tasks oriented toward bookkeeping and VAT or whether it should instead be on the financial statements, we will agree with you.

In either case, it can be combined with a wide range of other tasks that match your interests and your desired job content. We have tasks both at clients and at our office, which you can contribute to solving.

We place great emphasis on your professional development so that you always feel well equipped to solve your tasks, and if you dare to venture into new areas of work, we are aware that education comes with it.

We continuously talk about your development and adjust your individual plan at least twice a year.
