As a trainee in Audit & Assurance at BDO you become part of a professional environment where opportunities are many. One day you sit with colleagues in the office and dive into accounts – the next you are out with a client and gain close insight into their business.

As you develop in auditing of small and medium-sized enterprises, and learn to discover your own professional curiosity, there is also a continued development in the complexity of your tasks and the role as a close sparring partner for our clients. Within Audit & Assurance you take a central role in reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with applicable law, participate in stock checks, while you advise on taxes and assist with tax returns. Here you have the opportunity to help companies make the right decisions. You translate numbers into insight, and your knowledge and guidance become part of what moves businesses forward.

Put your eagerness to learn to use

You don’t need experience; the most important thing is that you are motivated to learn. We ensure you are well equipped from the start. We imagine that you have a natural interest in numbers, economics and people and are ready to take responsibility in your work.

You are motivated by finding solutions and thinking in improvements, as we continuously work to develop and optimise our workflows – both internally and in collaboration with our clients.

You have either completed or are about to complete a relevant education, e.g., HHX, STX, HF, a vocational academy qualification or a university degree.
