As a trainee in Audit & Aussurance at BDO you will become part of a professional environment where the opportunities are many. One day you sit with colleagues at the office and dive into the accounts – the next you are out with a client and gain insight into their business up close.

As you develop within auditing of small- and medium-sized enterprises, and get to know your own professional curiosity, there will also be a continuing development in the complexity of your tasks and the role as a close sparring partner for our clients. Within Audit & Assurance you play a central role in reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, participate in inventory checks, while you advise on taxes and assist with tax returns. Here you have the opportunity to help companies make the right decisions. You translate numbers into insight, and your knowledge and advisory become part of what moves businesses forward.

You don't need experience; the most important thing is that you are motivated to learn. We ensure you are well equipped from the start. We imagine you have a natural interest in numbers, economics and people, and are ready to take responsibility in your work.

You are motivated to find solutions and think in terms of improvements, as we continually work to develop and optimise our workflows – both internally and in collaboration with our clients.

You have either completed or are about to complete a relevant education, e.g., HHX, STX, HF, an academy education (erhvervsakademiuddannelse) or a university degree.
