About the position

As an auditor at RSM you will be responsible for your own clients and tasks in close collaboration with your colleagues and the local partners. You will become part of a team of about 27 colleagues with high professionalism, a strong social community and an informal tone. We have a flat structure where we help each other and take pride in delivering the tasks together. You will work with a wide range of exciting clients, primarily in the SME segment.

Your primary tasks will include

• Audit and preparation of annual accounts and tax computations
• Direct dialogue with clients and partners
• Quality assurance of assurance engagements
• Sparring and guidance of less experienced colleagues
• Advising clients with a focus on holistic solutions

We are looking for someone who has a solid professional foundation and is ready to take responsibility for their own clients and tasks – but we do not expect you to know everything from day one. You are curious, want to continue learning and developing, and use your colleagues for sparring when you need it.

• Have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an auditor – and we would also very much like to hear from you if you have many years of experience in the field
• Work in a structured manner and take independent responsibility for your tasks
• Want to engage in close collaboration with colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Set high standards for quality and professional advisory
• Thrive in a flexible environment and a flat organisational structure
