About the position

As an auditor at RSM you will be responsible for your own clients and tasks in close collaboration with your colleagues and the local partners. You will become part of a team of around 27 colleagues with high professionalism, a strong social community and an informal tone. We have a flat structure where we help each other and take pride in lifting tasks together. You will work with a wide range of exciting clients, primarily in the SME segment.

Your primary tasks will include

• Audits and preparation of annual accounts and tax computations
• Direct dialogue with clients and partners
• Quality assurance of assurance engagements
• Sparring and guidance of less experienced colleagues
• Advising clients with a focus on holistic solutions

We are looking for someone with a solid professional foundation and who is ready to take responsibility for their own clients and assignments – but we do not expect you to know it all from day one. You are curious, eager to continue learning and developing, and you use your colleagues for sparring when you need it.

We imagine that you

• Have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an auditor – and we would also very much like to hear from you if you have many years of experience in the field
• Work in a structured way and take independent responsibility for your tasks
• Want to engage in close collaboration with colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Set high standards for quality and professional advice
• Thrive with flexibility and a flat organizational structure
