What do you get as a trainee at Martinsen?

You will have an exciting and diverse everyday life with a fixed education supervisor who helps you get started in your new everyday life. You will be introduced to all our digital tools, around which our advice and assistance are built.

From the start you will have your own tasks to solve. You will receive sparring and help with solving your tasks with an experienced mentor who supports and guides you. Typical tasks are bookkeeping and financial statement preparation, which are the foundation of a auditor's work. In addition you will participate in audits and assist with other analysis tasks. Very quickly you will gain direct client contact, which helps provide further motivation in daily work.

The tasks are solved in teams or independently. Depending on your abilities and wishes we increase the complexity of the tasks you are given.

You will receive salary during your education, health and pension scheme, etc.

What do you bring?

We expect you to have auditor DNA and by summer 2027 at the latest complete HHX, STX (together with EUD), EUX, financial economist, financial controller or other relevant education with good results and with an interest in numbers, data and economics.

Your expected start date is September 1, 2027.

You have an open mindset, think cross-disciplinary and have above-average numeracy. You have good verbal and written communication skills, and enjoy talking and sparring with clients and colleagues. You also have good analytical abilities and like to structure and document data.
