Automation Technician Apprentice

Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for as our new automation technician apprentice with start in January/February 2027.

At LINAK we offer an exciting education in an international company, where you work with modern technology, automated production facilities and robots. At the same time you will be part of a strong community with both experienced colleagues and other apprentices, where collaboration, development and a good mood are an important part of everyday life.

The training lasts 3½ years and alternates between internships with LINAK and school sessions at EUC Syd. Along the way you gain experience from several different departments, so you learn many aspects of the subject and build broad technical experience.

You will also become part of our student- and apprentice network with around 30 other students and apprentices across disciplines. Here there are opportunities for both professional sparring, social activities and new friendships.

Primary tasks

• Ensuring reliable operation of production equipment
• Systematic maintenance
• Troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical machines
• Manufacture of small control assemblies for production and test equipment
• Setup and commissioning of new machines

You

• have passed or are in the process with GF2 for the automation technician education
• are curious and eager to learn new things
• thrive on both practical and technical tasks
• can collaborate with others but also work independently
• have initiative and take responsibility
• maintain an overview, even when things are busy
• are positive, approachable and enjoy communicating with others
• are service-minded
