About your upcoming job

Fellowmind Managed Platform – FMP – is our shared platform for standardized, secure and efficient management of customers' Azure environments. The platform combines automation, governance and managed services in a scalable solution that is continuously developed in line with customers' needs and Microsoft's technologies.

As an Azure Platform Engineer you will become part of the platform's entire lifecycle. You will onboard new customers, implement solutions and contribute to the ongoing development and operation of the platform.

You will work closely with customers, consultants, architects and the rest of the FMP team. You will gradually gain more influence as you learn the platform, the customers and our ways of working.

Your tasks will include

• Onboarding new customers and their Azure environments on FMP
• Implementation and configuration of platform components
• Automation of deployment, configuration and operational tasks
• Development and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code
• Troubleshooting and handling of technical issues
• Testing, documentation and quality assurance of solutions
• Participation in dialog with customers about needs and possible solutions
• Contribution to further development of FMP’s functionality, tools and standards

How we work

The FMP team works according to the principles of Golazo. We split the work into smaller, value-adding deliveries and align approach and design before we start implementing.

We do not consider a task finished just because the technology works. Testing, documentation, monitoring and validation at the customer are part of the delivery.

You do not need to know Golazo beforehand. The most important is that you want to work in a structured way, make your work visible and give and receive constructive feedback.

About the team

You will become part of our Cloud, Security & Operations team and have your day-to-day in the cross-disciplinary team around FMP.

The team consists of consultants and architects with various professional strengths including Azure, automation, security, software development and managed services. We work across Fellowmind locations and countries and place great emphasis on collaboration, shared ownership and knowledge sharing.

You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and at the same time put your own mark on the platform and our way of working.

About your competencies

There can be several paths into the role. For example you may have a background as a cloud or infrastructure consultant, DevOps engineer, platform engineer or developer with an interest in Azure.

We imagine that you

Have a technical curiosity and a solid foundation in cloud technologies. You have practical experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms and have worked with automation, scripting or Infrastructure as Code. At the same time you have an understanding of central areas such as security, governance and stable operations, and you thrive on analyzing technical problems and working in a structured way toward robust solutions.

You are used to documenting your work and sharing knowledge with colleagues, and you can work independently within clear frameworks. In addition you are motivated by combining product development with concrete customer tasks, where you can translate technology into value. You communicate professionally and effortlessly in both Danish and English.

It is an advantage if you have experience with

• Azure landing zones, governance and identity management with Azure Policy, RBAC and Microsoft Entra ID
• Infrastructure as Code with e.g. Bicep, Terraform or similar technologies
• Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD as well as automation with PowerShell, Azure CLI or similar tools
• Monitoring, logging and observability as well as knowledge of the Cloud Adoption Framework, Well-Architected Framework or operations of cloud platforms

We do not expect that you already know everything. The most important is that you have a solid technical foundation, are curious and want to develop yourself together with the platform and the team.
