Baker

The Main Kitchen at Regionshospital Nordjylland in Hjørring is seeking an engaged and professionally skilled baker. To start as soon as possible. The position is 37 hours per week, usually distributed over the five weekdays. Some weekend shifts may occur in connection with holidays or similar. Working hours are currently between 02:00 – 10:00, but with possibility of changes within the kitchen's opening hours, which are until 14:24.

The kitchen employs about 45 staff. Food is delivered and baked for 4 campuses in Skagen, Frederikshavn, Hjørring and Brønderslev. The work as baker will take place in the bakery at the campus in Hjørring.

As a baker in the Main Kitchen you will have an exciting job in a department with a busy daily life. You will join a team with another baker and become an important part of interdisciplinary collaboration. You will take co-responsibility for maintaining and developing the kitchen's offerings. Your daily tasks will consist of production of bread, rolls, sandwich buns, cake, cookies etc. With professional expertise you will work to ensure that our customers encounter the best quality and experience our bread and cakes as inviting and presentable.
