Maternity-Leave Substitute for a Teaching Position at Nymarken School and Kindergarten

We are seeking an engaged and relationship-oriented teacher for a maternity leave vacancy on a full-time basis with start as of January 18, 2027 .

The position is primarily tied to the upper secondary with the following subjects

• Danish in 7th and 8th grade
• History in 9th grade
• Social Studies in 8th and 9th grade
• Shared form-teacher function

About Nymarken Skole & Børnehus

Nymarken Skole & Børnehus (0.-9. grade) consists of school, after-school care and kindergarten. The school is the upper-level school for Marslev Skole & Børnehus. We have two tracks in the upper level and one track in the other year groups.

The school constitutes a natural meeting point for the local community and has a close collaboration with parents, associations and other stakeholders around the children.

This school year we have a particular focus on Co-Teaching and the establishment of intermediate forms. In addition, we participate in the implementation of the tool “The Brain and the Heart” with the aim of strengthening student well-being.

Salary and employment terms

Employment takes place according to the applicable collective agreement and local preliminary agreement.

Salary and employment terms

Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement for teachers etc. in the public school and adult education sector, concluded between KL and DLF. The position is classified as a teacher on 37 hours.

Expected salary range: 37,600 - 43,856 DKK per month excluding employer-paid pension, flex allowance and holiday pay. Local allowances, qualification-, function- and seniority allowances may apply.

The final salary determination will be made based on your qualifications and prior work experience after concrete negotiation with the relevant professional organization.
