Hornbæk School is a school with 515 pupils and 70 staff. The school is located in Randers Municipality in a scenic natural area west of Randers and close to the E45. The school has 21 general classes and three special classes. We are characterized by experienced and capable staff as well as students who thrive.

We expect that you

• Are competent, skilled and educated primary school teacher
• Can teach mathematics in the early years
• Can teach English in the early years and in the middle grades
• Can teach N/T (Science/Technology) in the early years and in the middle grades
• Have very good relationship-building and collaboration skills
• Have clear, explicit and affirming classroom management
• Are ambitious, open and approachable
• Take an active part in the work of creating a good school
• "Burn" for teaching and for creating a developing learning environment
• Are able to create academic challenges for all students

We offer

• Work in a very well-functioning early-years special class with a shared form teacher function. In the class there are currently 6 students. You will have the most hours in this class. Our early-years special class consists of students who have been referred to the offer. The teaching takes place in collaboration with a skilled and experienced pedagogue

0well-being and learning

This is a maternity leave replacement for 37 hours per week with employment commencing as soon as possible. Salary according to the applicable collective agreement. Employment is conditional on approved child and criminal record checks.
