And that also gives you a unique insight into business advisory across several Zealand-based business departments in the country's 7th largest financial institution, so you get as wide and nuanced experience in the field as possible? We imagine that you are a finance bachelor's degree or just finished as a master's candidate at university – or about to. But we value your personal competences and desire for the business area as highly, so your educational background is not decisive. We are especially looking for you who:

• Are keen to develop yourself within advising of business customers. You can put yourself in the customers' shoes and quickly assess their needs, just as you want to use Business Model Canvas in strategic discussions with them.
• Want to contribute to the savings bank's good results and take part in our success in Zealand, where in recent years we have opened several new branches and now have 14 in total. You are flexible regarding which Zealand branches you will be stationed at.
• Are proactive, proactive outreach and have a good understanding of business and value creation, while also having a strong desire to collaborate with both customers and colleagues.
• Dream of a advisory job with us after completing the program.

You will have influence in a flat organization and be involved in all parts of the advisory job with a focus on mastering good and comprehensive needs assessment of our business customers. Our trainee or graduate program starts 1 August 2027 and offers you exciting challenges, influence and responsibility from day one. Before that we very much hope you would like to be a student assistant in the department you start in – and in that way get a head start on learning Sparekassen's and our workflows and systems.

The program with rotation in different departments is new at Sparekassen Kronjylland, and we are very much looking forward to kicking it off together with you and 2-3 other candidates, whom you will naturally also spar with. In addition you will get lots of help, knowledge and inspiration from skilled colleagues in the corporate departments and teams you are assigned to.

During the program you may, for example, be in one of our central Copenhagen departments and in branches elsewhere on Zealand. It gives you valuable and sought-after insight into the interplay between different business teams and their different client bases and focus. In addition you will participate in external training at IBA in Kolding.
