In your daily work you will work with 120 colleagues in Audit & Assurance, but we also share the office with a few of Deloitte's other departments.

Job description

As an audit graduate your daily life will take place in our Portfolio department. You will have a permanent department manager as well as a coach you can use for support in your personal and professional development.

That is quite certain that you will quickly become part of your new community and have plenty of opportunities to build new relationships.

In the role as an audit graduate you will among other things

• Always work in client teams and be in close contact with both colleagues and clients – work often takes place at the client's premises.
• Acquire extensive knowledge about your department's clients – and not least become proficient in advising and auditing them.
• Participate in planning audits, coordinate efforts with e.g. Deloitte service and delivery centres, which handle many of our administrative tasks, ahead of the status season.
• Contribute to performing risk assessments of accounting areas, where you apply your knowledge of the client's internal processes.
• Carry out reviews/status checks that ensure the annual report presents a true and fair view, together with an experienced audit team.

NEXT - our development program for audit graduates

When you as an audit graduate start in a full-time position you will be linked to our internal development program NEXT together with about 100 other new graduates across the country, who are continually brought together for training and equipped for new tasks.

Depending on where you are in your education when you start with us, you will also follow a part-time university study alongside. You will be assigned a buddy during the first 100 days you start with us, who has themselves experienced being a new trainee or graduate and who will help you onboard well in your new role.

Qualifications

There may be several paths to the role of audit graduate in our audit practice. We are always open to interesting entry routes, and for you to complete a level of education while you are with us. The most important is that you come with a genuine interest and a motivation to learn. And then it is important that you:

• Want to develop yourself personally.
• Are curious about the professional auditing work.
• Possess social skills that support your future client relationships and collaboration with colleagues.
• Have gained relevant experience either professionally or in your free time where you have stood out.
• You can understand and speak English and Danish.
• You have a work permit in Denmark.
