Ulvemosehuset is a fantastic old villa with an accompanying pavilion, located in scenic surroundings. We have the loveliest children and a resourceful and engaged parent group who choose the kindergarten. Our location close to forest and beach is reflected in our pedagogical practice, and you will experience that we actively work with relationships, the children's communities and with creating clear, inspiring and inviting play- and learning environments both indoors and outdoors. We also work with children's yoga, outdoor life and reading games.

We work from a child-centered view, where we are curious about children's behavior and seek to understand the intention behind it rather than merely reacting. We meet the children with calm, clarity and respect – even when emotions are large.

In Ulvemosehuset we work in kindergarten- and nursery-teams, which currently consist of one large nursery group and three kindergarten groups. The children's perspective and the children's group are the pivot of the pedagogical work with the children. We have many good traditions and have a focus on formation, sustainability and responsibility.

Children's participation and the child perspective play a central and fundamental role in our pedagogical work. We give the children the opportunity to participate curiously and influence their surroundings in safe and present relationships.

We are looking for a colleague who

Is prepared for a everyday life where you can both collaborate with your colleagues and work independently. You can organize the year, the week and the day, so the children can be in small groups, because you have experience that presence and secure relationships create the best conditions for the children's well-being, development and learning.
