Be part of creating good customer experiences

As a private adviser, your most important task is to ensure our existing and new customers receive the best advice and customer experience in close collaboration with your colleagues across the bank. You become the customer's dedicated adviser and have the opportunity to accompany customers through different life stages and their financial development.

Your primary tasks will be to

• be the bank's local face outward and build good relationships with private customers in Lyngby and the surrounding area.
• create financial security through professional advice within banking, pension, investment and housing finance.
• build, develop and maintain your own client portfolio.
• identify customers' needs and assemble holistic solutions.
• work proactively and outreach to both new and existing customers.

You are a trained adviser and thrive on customer contact. You are motivated by creating value for customers and finding individual solutions that make a difference in their finances and daily life. You are a skilled communicator who can build close and long-lasting relationships.
