We are saying goodbye to two colleagues who will retire in 2026 and need you who are motivated by good advice and a daily life with many varied tasks.

As a private advisor in our large local bank in Esbjerg, you will have the opportunity to combine our engagement in the local community with all the opportunities and benefits that we, as a member-owned bank, can offer our customers and colleagues. We are not quite like the others—and you will notice this when we welcome you as a private advisor.

In the job you will be part of a professionally skilled team, where you will be responsible for an attractive portfolio mainly consisting of private homeowners. There will be opportunities to add to the portfolio, part-time farming and property rental.

Help create good customer experiences

As a private advisor you should do everything to give our customers the best advice. This means that you are curious and proactive to become familiar with all the customer's needs – including those they do not themselves know. You will get a broad product portfolio and a range of digital tools at your disposal, and combined with your high level of expertise you manage to find the best solution for exactly the customers you work with.

Some of your most important tasks will be to

• advise and manage your own client portfolio,
• identify your customers' individual needs and assemble exactly the solution that suits them,
• build lasting relationships through dialogue,
• be proactive in anticipating your customers' needs by continuously following up on their wishes and dreams,
• be initiative-taking so you succeed with the agreed goals,
• create good relationships with our partners, including our brokers.

You have a financial education and are motivated by customer dialogue and holistic advisory, where housing often forms part of your advice. Additionally, you are ambitious, a good listener, and understand how to identify all the financial aspects of your customers' lives.
