As an advisor in our large local bank on Amager, you will have the opportunity to combine our commitment to the local community with all the opportunities and benefits we as a member-owned bank can offer our customers and colleagues. We are not quite like the others – and you will notice it too when we can welcome you as a senior/private adviser.

In the job, you will be responsible for your own client portfolio consisting primarily of private homeowners, and at the same time the opportunity to work with new customers. You will become part of an exciting time, where we together build on Amager's best and largest local bank, created through the merger of Nykredit and Spar Nord. You will have the opportunity to help create the best workplace and a solid community.

Be part of creating great customer experiences

As a senior/private adviser you should do everything to give our customers the best advice. You are curious, proactive and engaged with your customers, so you learn their entire finances and can identify needs they may not be aware of.

You will have access to a broad product portfolio and digital tools, which together with your professional expertise enable you to create the best solutions for your customers.

Some of your most important tasks will be to

• Advise and develop your own client portfolio.
• Identify your customers' individual needs and assemble the right solutions.
• Build lasting relationships through dialogue.
• Be at the forefront of customers' wishes and dreams through ongoing follow-up.
• Be proactive, so you succeed with the agreed goals.
• Create good relations with our partners, including our brokers.

Is this you we are looking for?

You have a financial education and are motivated by close customer dialogue and holistic advisory, where the housing sector often plays a central role. You are curious about people and thrive on understanding the customer's entire finances so you can create the best solutions to their needs and dreams. At the same time you are goal-oriented and motivated to create results, but you are also a team player who believes that the best results are created in collaboration, and that we succeed as a team. If you live locally on Amager, that would be an advantage, but it is by no means a requirement.

You will become part of the island's best bank, and you'll help shape our local bank on Amager. We have a very good location in the middle of the local area, where you and the customers can easily get to. You will be part of a success where high customer satisfaction, happy employees and great results go hand in hand.
