A day with challenging tasks and broad collaboration across the group

You will become part of a cross-disciplinary team of business consultants and technical developers who drive Nykredit's AI agenda and raise the organization's maturity. Together we bring AI safely and responsibly from ambition to anchored solutions. You will have great influence on how we succeed and work closely with the business and relevant specialist functions across the group.

Your role as AI Process Lead

As AI Process Lead you will be responsible for driving your own AI initiatives through the entire solution lifecycle: from idea, analysis and prioritization over design, development and testing to deployment, anchoring and ongoing operation. A central part of the role is to operationalize Nykredit's AI governance in the initiatives, so regulatory, security and internal requirements are translated into concrete activities, controls and decisions along the way.

You bind business, technology and governance together and ensure progress, clear ownership and value-creating solutions. As part of the AI Center of Excellence you also contribute with advice, sparring and capability-building across the group.

Your tasks will include among others to

• Identify and qualify AI opportunities together with the business and prepare decision basis.
• Establish the initiative's scope and success criteria and ensure clear ownership across business, technology and specialist functions.
• Translate business needs into solution design and requirements in close collaboration with developers and architects.
• Drive development from analysis to deployment and coordinate stakeholders, risks and decisions.
• Operationalize Nykredit's AI governance by identifying relevant requirements and ensuring documentation.
• Plan and conduct tests of, among other things, functionality and quality based on acceptance criteria.
• Ensure organizational implementation and anchoring as well as a clear transition to stable operation and support.
• Monitor the solution after deployment, measure realized gains and prioritize ongoing improvements with the solution's owners.
• Advise colleagues and leaders on responsible use of AI and contribute to prioritization, method development and capability-building across the group.

Tasks are tailored to your profile and experience. You should thrive on taking long-term ownership for concrete solutions and handling shorter advisory tasks.

The role requires that you can switch between development initiatives and ongoing sparring and work both analytically and operationally.

Is this you we are looking for?

We expect that you

• have a relevant higher education, for example in IT, business development or finance,
• have experience as for example process consultant, management consultant, product owner or project manager,
• have worked with process optimization and with project management, requirements specification, documentation or agile working methods,
• understand the interplay between business, technology and governance,
• have technical understanding and are curious about new technology and can collaborate closely with developers and architects,
• either have several years of experience and are ready to develop through responsibility and sparring or have solid experience and can drive complex initiatives from the start.

It is advantageous if you

• have experience implementing AI or other automation technology,
• are familiar with financial processes or have worked in another regulated industry.

As a person you are curious, structured and action-oriented. You naturally take ownership, drive tasks forward independently and see them through – even when there are many stakeholders and parallel tracks. At the same time you create clear frameworks that make it easier for the team to succeed, and you keep sight of the whole. You are not afraid to dive into something new and learn along the way. We work proactively with technology and therefore do not always know the answer or the method in advance.

You communicate clearly and can make complex knowledge understandable and actionable. You build trusting relationships, manage different interests and create buy-in across disciplines and organizational levels. You are a team player, motivated by creating results together with others.

Your new team

At Nykredit there is a strong focus on digitization, AI and automation. You will become part of an across-the-organization team with more than 25 colleagues, who work to drive the AI and new technologies agenda forward in Nykredit. You will be responsible for your own initiatives and close sparring with experienced business and technical profiles. Depending on your experience you will have the opportunity to gradually drive more complex solutions or from the start take a large independent responsibility.
