Job description

As an auditor graduate, your daily work will be in either our Portfolio or Large & Complex department. Here you will be assigned to one of our four client segments: Public, Private, Financial Services or Top Tier. You will have a dedicated department manager and a coach whom you can use for support in your personal and professional development.

It is quite likely that you will quickly become part of your new community and have plenty of opportunities to create new relationships.

In the role of auditor graduate you will, among other things:

• Always work in client teams and be in close contact with both colleagues and clients – work often takes place at the client's site.
• Acquire extensive knowledge about your department's clients – and not least become proficient in advising and auditing them.
• Participate in planning audits, coordinate efforts with e.g. Deloitte service- and delivery centres, which handle many of our administrative tasks ahead of the status season.
• Contribute to performing risk assessments of accounting areas, where you apply your knowledge of the client's internal processes.
• Carry out status with an experienced audit team, ensuring that the annual report provides a true and fair view.

Your tasks will of course vary depending on which department you join for your daily work. But we promise you that the days will not be monotonous. There will be room to learn, ask for help and not least grow and take on the responsibility you want.

NEXT - our development program for auditor graduates

As an auditor graduate, you start in a full-time position and join our internal development program NEXT together with about 100 other new graduates across the country, who are continually gathered for training and prepared for new tasks.

Depending on where you are in your education when you start with us, you will also pursue part-time studies at the university alongside. You will be assigned a buddy for the first 100 days you are with us, who has itself experienced being new as a trainee or graduate, and who will help you onboard well in your new role.

Qualifications

We imagine you are studying an HA-bachelor, cand.merc.aud or another financial education. We are always open to interesting entry paths, and for you to complete an education level while you are with us. The most important is that you come with a genuine interest in auditing and a motivation to learn. And it is important that you:

• Want to develop yourself personally.
• Are curious about the professional audit work.
• Possess social skills that support your future client relationships and collaboration with your colleagues.
• Have made relevant experiences either professionally or in your spare time where you have stood out.
• Can understand and speak English and Danish.
• Have an employment permit in Denmark.
